Themis Medicare reschedules board meeting to November 14th to review financial results

Themis Medicare Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that a board meeting, previously scheduled for November 5, 2026, has been rescheduled to November 14, 2026, to approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, citing unavoidable circumstances, and the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are made public.
