Capillary Technologies appoints Deloitte as internal auditor, effective November 2026

Capillary Technologies India Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as the Internal Auditor, replacing M/s. Protiviti India Member Private Limited, effective November 02, 2026. The change was based on a recommendation from the Audit Committee and aims to cover the company’s expanding scale and international operations, as well as strengthen internal controls and governance.
