Sumeet Surendra Chimbalkar, Resolution Professional of Info-Drive Software Limited, informed BSE Limited that the 9th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) of Info-Drive Software Limited was held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (I.S.T.), following the initiation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) in respect of the company on September 15, 2026.
