DroneAcharya appoints Shivangi Selot as Company Secretary, effective October 30, 2026

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Shivangi Selot as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 30, 2026, following a board meeting held on the same date. Ms. Selot, who holds membership number ACS 81933 with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, was recommended for the role by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is considered a Key Managerial Personnel as per the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
