D S Kulkarni Developers appoints Mohammed Aslam as independent director for five years

D S Kulkarni Developers Limited announced the appointment of Mohammed Aslam as an additional non-executive independent director, effective October 30, 2026, for a term of five years subject to shareholder approval, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company's board also constituted an Audit Committee, a Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and a Stakeholder Relationship Committee, with details of their compositions disclosed in annexures.
