Tempsens Instruments confirms no deviation in proceeds from Rs 6.5 billion equity issue

Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that there has been no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from its equity issue, as stated in the offer document, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company raised Rs 950 million through a fresh issue and Rs 5550 million through an offer for sale on August 25, 2026, with funds allocated to capital expenditure for electrical heating and specialized cable solutions, prepayment of borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
