KIMS acquires 5.82% stake in Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital for Rs 15 crore

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has acquired a 5.82% stake in Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP (Sangli) for an aggregate consideration of Rs 15.00 crore, the company announced on Tuesday. The acquisition, described as a strategic investment, was based on a valuation report issued by BDO Valuation Advisory LLP and involved a primary infusion of capital. Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP, founded in 2022, is a quaternary care facility with a current capacity of 316 beds and potential for expansion to over 500 beds, and reported a turnover of Rs 80.42 crore for fiscal year 2025-26.
