KIMS to acquire 51% stake in Sarvottam Health Care for up to Rs 80 crore

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 51% equity stake in Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited, Kakinada, for an aggregate consideration of up to Rs 80.00 crore. The acquisition, which does not constitute a related party transaction, is being made as a strategic investment and will be completed in due course, with KIMS remitting the consideration based on a valuation report from BDO Valuation Advisory LLP. Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited, operating as Trust Multi Speciality Hospital, has a turnover of Rs 84.83 crore for fiscal year 2025-26 and is located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
