Cholamandalam Investment grants equity shares to employees via stock option scheme

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 1,20,202 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to eligible employees pursuant to the exercise of options under its employee stock option scheme.
