Popular Vehicles appoints Myladoor Cherian Sajumon to oversee shareholder postal ballot

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved alterations to Article 160 of the company’s Articles of Association, related to the use of the company seal, to facilitate its application on documents such as loan agreements, and appointed Mr. Myladoor Cherian Sajumon as Scrutinizer for a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
