J.G. Chemicals to review quarterly and half-year results at November 3 meeting

J.G. Chemicals Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company had previously closed the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and it will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
