Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 2, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the statement of assets and liabilities and cash flow statement for the half year, and the limited review report of the statutory auditors. The company has closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
