RBL Bank allotted equity shares to employees via stock options, boosting share capital

RBL Bank Limited announced on October 26, 2026, that it has allotted 5,28,745 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees through the exercise of vested stock options under its Employee Stock Option Scheme(s), increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from 155,22,81,436 equity shares to 155,28,10,181 equity shares, and raising the total value from Rs 1552,28,14,360 to Rs 1552,81,01,810.
