Rollatainers Limited’s board approved Rs 30 crore warrant allotment and Satelite Forging acquisition

Rollatainers Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 13,45,29,149 equity convertible warrants with a face value of Rs 1 each at a price of Rs 2.23 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 1.23 per warrant, to promoter and non-promoter groups, aggregating up to Rs 30.00 crore. The company has received Rs 7.50 crore from the allottees and also approved the acquisition of equity shares of Satelite Forging Private Limited from its existing shareholders through a share purchase agreement, which will make Satelite Forging Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Rollatainers Limited.
