BGR Energy Systems increases authorized share capital to Rs 400 crore, appoints new directors

BGR ENERGY SYSTEMS LIMITED increased its authorized share capital from Rs 200 crore divided into 20 crore equity shares to Rs 400 crore divided into 40 crore equity shares, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. The company also appointed Ram Naresh Singh Tomar as an additional director in the category of Whole-Time Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval, and Harish Gupta as President – Finance and Strategy, effective October 26, 2026.
