LEAP India Limited acquires Vimprotech and Total International Packaging for Rs. 142 crores

LEAP India Limited announced it has acquired M/s Vimprotech, a manufacturer of plastic packaging products, for Rs. 102 crores, and Total International Packaging Solutions, which provides pooling of returnable packaging solutions, for Rs. 40 crores, both on a slump sale basis. The acquisitions, expected to be completed by the third quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, will be executed through LEAP’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Vimprotech Private Limited and Total Integrated Packaging Solutions Private Limited, respectively, and are intended to enhance LEAP’s design capabilities, broaden its portfolio, and strengthen its position in the automotive sector.
