Sunteck Realty confirms proper use of Rs 499.999 crore warrant proceeds, per India Ratings

Sunteck Realty Ltd. announced that there were no deviations or variations in the use of proceeds from its preferential issue of warrants for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited. The company had raised Rs 499.999 crores through the preferential issue of warrants on December 5, 2025, and is being monitored by India Ratings & Research Private Limited.
