Bikaji Foods to review financial results at board meeting on November 5, 2026

Bikaji Foods International Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the statement of assets and liabilities as at September 30, 2026 and statement of cash flow for the half year ended on September 30, 2026. The company also reported that the trading window for shares has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
