Aurobindo Pharma to review Q2 financial results and interim dividend at board meeting

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to decide on the payment of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2026-27. The trading window for the company will remain closed until November 6, 2026, and will reopen on November 7, 2026, following the disclosure of the unaudited financial results.
