Tashi India Limited to convene a board meeting October 27 to review financial results

Tashi India Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results along with the auditor’s report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; the trading window for company shares will remain closed for designated and connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are declared.
