HDFC AMC allotted shares under employee schemes, increasing paid-up capital to Rs 2,14,54,56,890

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited announced on October 22, 2026, that its Share Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 17,908 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2020 and 72 equity shares under the Employees Stock Options and Performance-linked Stock Units Scheme – 2025, resulting in a paid-up share capital of Rs 2,14,54,56,890, consisting of 42,90,91,378 equity shares.
