Galaxy Agrico appoints Gaurang Shah as Managing Director, replacing Prashant Khairnar

Galaxy Agrico Exports Limited announced that Mr. Prashant Sudhir Khairnar resigned from his position as Managing Director, effective October 21, 2026, while remaining on the company’s board of directors. Simultaneously, the company appointed Mr. Gaurang Shah as Additional Director (Managing Director), also effective October 21, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
