Deo Shankar Tripathi retires as Aadhar Housing Finance Executive Vice Chairman, becoming Interim Chairperson

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited announced that Deo Shankar Tripathi has retired from his role as Executive Vice Chairman, effective October 21, 2026, and will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel of the company; however, the board appointed him as Interim Non-Executive Chairperson, effective October 22, 2026.
