Virtual Global Education to raise funds via warrant allotment to Shree Assets and others

Virtual Global Education Limited announced that its board approved a proposal to raise funds through the allotment of 40,00,00,000 fully convertible warrants to persons belonging to the “Non Promoter/Public Category” on a preferential basis. The warrants will be issued at a price of Rs 1 per warrant, requiring a subscription amount of 25% of the issue price. The company also disclosed that Shree Assets Reconstruction Limited will receive 10,00,00,000 warrants as part of the allotment, while Pawan Kumar Basudev Agarwal and other individuals and entities will receive the remaining 32,00,00,000 warrants.
