Cube Highways Trust to convene board meetings October 28 to review financials and unitholder distribution

Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, acting as the investment manager to Cube Highways Trust, will hold meetings of its Audit Committee and Board of Directors on October 28, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial information for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a distribution to unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with November 02, 2026, proposed as the record date.
