Force Motors to review financial results and trading window closure on October 28

Force Motors Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to take on record the limited review report thereon, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for equity shares of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to October 30, 2026, inclusive, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
