Dwarikesh Sugar Industries to review financial results and director appointments on October 29

Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd. will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on October 29, 2026, via video conference to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, and to consider the continuation of Rajan K. Medhekar and Gopal B. Hosur as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The company has also closed the trading window for its designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
