PTC Industries Limited confirms securities dematerialisation acceptance via MUFG Intime India

PTC Industries Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and that the securities have been listed on stock exchanges. The certificate was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited.
