Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Limited’s amalgamation with Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited takes effect November 1, 2026

Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the effectiveness of the Scheme of Amalgamation with Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited, noting that all conditions specified in Clause 24 of the Scheme were satisfied with the filing of the National Company Law Tribunal order with the Registrar of Companies on October 14, 2026, making the effective date November 01, 2026, with an appointed date of April 01, 2026; the board also fixed November 18, 2026, as the record date for allotment of consideration shares, with a share exchange ratio of 23 shares of Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited for every 2 shares of Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Limited, and that the company will stand dissolved upon the Scheme’s effectiveness.
