Quint Digital Limited’s rights issue secured Rs 45.44 crore from applications, BSE filing shows

Quint Digital Limited reported a total Rights Issue size of Rs 90.88 crore, of which Rs 45.44 crore was received upon application, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on October 19, 2026. The company utilized Rs 44.60 crore of the funds received in accordance with the objects stated in the Letter of Offer, with the remaining Rs 0.84 crore invested in a scheduled commercial bank. The company also stated that the remaining amount is proposed to be raised through call money in accordance with the schedule and timelines set out in the Letter of Offer.
