Choksi Laboratories shareholders approved convertible warrants via video conference, per regulatory guidelines

Choksi Laboratories Limited held an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on October 17, 2026, via video conference, at which shareholders approved a special resolution regarding the issuance of convertible warrants on a preferential basis, subject to requisite approvals, as previously considered and approved by the company’s Board of Directors. The meeting, conducted in accordance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, saw all directors, key managerial personnel, and auditors attend via video conferencing, with remote e-voting facilitated by Central Depository Services (India) Limited, and Ms. Surbhi Agrawal, Practicing Company Secretaries, appointed as Scrutinizer.
