Juniper Green Energy forms two subsidiaries to advance renewable energy power generation projects

Juniper Green Energy Limited announced the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Juniper Green Field Fifteen Private Limited and Juniper Green Gem Fifteen Private Limited, on October 17, 2026. The company subscribed to 1,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each in each entity, totaling Rs 30,00,000, resulting in 100% shareholding in both subsidiaries, which will undertake activities related to renewable energy power generation projects.
