AceVector re-appoints Kamath as Independent Director for a five-year term

AceVector Limited announced that its Board of Directors has re-appointed Mr. Kasaragod Ullas Kamath as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective October 18, 2026, subject to approval at the company's Annual General Meeting. Mr. Kamath, who is currently the Chairperson of AceVector’s Board and an Independent Director of its listed subsidiary, Unicommerce eSolutions Limited, holds degrees from the University of Mysore, Kakatiya University, London School of Economics, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard Business School, and has over 28 years of experience.
