Clara Industries confirmed no rematerialisation requests to BSE Limited for the September quarter

Clara Industries Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 15, 2026, confirming that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, received no requests for rematerialisation or dematerialisation during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
