Vintage Coffee to consider fundraising via public issue or debt at board meeting

Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, to consider raising funds through a further public issue, right issues, ADRs/GDRs/FCCBs, debt issue, preferential allotment, private placement, qualified institutions placement, or other permissible methods, and to discuss other business with the permission of the Chair; the trading window for the company’s securities has been closed since October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results.
