Tata Teleservices board to review financial results at meeting on October 22, 2026

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as informed in a letter dated September 23, 2026, which also led to the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are made public.
