Bondada Engineering Limited, formerly Bondada Engineering Pvt Ltd, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 15, 2026, regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations 2018; the certificate was received from Kfin Technologies Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, and also sent to Central Depository Services (India) Limited and National Securities Depository Limited.
