Sun Retail Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialization between June 30, 2026 and September 30, 2026, according to a certificate from Bigshare Services Private Limited.
