Sancode Technologies confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Sancode Technologies Limited informed the BSE SME Platform Department of Corporate Services that Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to Sancode Technologies Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation were received.
