Farm Peace Limited appoints M/s. A Y & Company as statutory auditor effective October 2026

Farm Peace Limited informed the BSE SME that its board approved the appointment of M/s. A Y & Company, (FRN: 020829C) as the company's statutory auditor, replacing M/s. R H Panwar & Associates, (FRN: 154164W), effective October 14, 2026, until the date of the next general meeting. Additionally, Ms. Divya Goswami was appointed as the secretarial auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and M/s. R H Panwar & Associates (Firm Registration No. 154164W) was appointed as the internal auditor for the same period.
