KMF Builders confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for share dematerialization

KMF Builders and Developers Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange, received from Alankit Assignments Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, regarding physical share certificates received for dematerialization.
