Grasim Industries reports 99.55% of shares dematerialised as of September 30, 2026

Grasim Industries Limited reported that National Securities Depository Limited dematerialised 14,380 shares and CDSL dematerialised 12,139 shares during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, while no shares were rematerialised. As of September 30, 2026, the total number of shares in dematerialised form was 67,74,90,164, representing 99.55% of the company's total equity shares.
