MTAR Technologies reported securities dematerialization details to Indian stock exchanges

MTAR Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that details of securities dematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, have been furnished to all stock exchanges where the company is listed, according to a filing dated October 14, 2026. KFIN Technologies Limited, acting as Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent for MTAR Technologies Limited, certified the dematerialization details in letters dated October 2, 2026.
