Evans Electric confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Evans Electric Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, noting that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form.
