ideaForge Technology Limited allotted shares under its ESOP scheme, increasing paid-up capital

ideaForge Technology Limited announced the allotment of 7,467 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each under its Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 14, 2026. The allotment increased the company's paid-up capital from Rs 49,71,73,320 comprising of 4,97,17,332 equity shares to Rs 49,72,47,990 comprising of 4,97,24,799 equity shares.
