New Swan Multitech confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

New Swan Multitech Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 14, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for dematerialization were received during that period; the certificate was provided by Bigshare Services Private Limited.
