Prismx Global Ventures confirms securities dematerialization via BSE filing for September quarter

Prismx Global Ventures Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and noting that Purva Share Registry (I) Private Limited confirmed the acceptance or rejection of securities received for dematerialization during the same period.
