Premier Limited receives confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited

Premier Limited, formerly under corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP), informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a confirmation certificate dated October 3, 2026, from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
