Kovalam Investment reported no dematerialization securities received in Q3 2026, per BSE filing

Kovalam Investment and Trading Company Limited, on October 14, 2026, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as received from Alankit Assignments Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialization during that period.
