Vertex Securities received a certificate from MUFG Intime India for securities dematerialisation

Vertex Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities for dematerialisation and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges.
